INTRASITE GEL - hydrogel 25g - 1 piece
A pure amorphous hydrogel consisting of a modified carboxymethyl cellulose polymer, propylene glycol and water. Quick and painless cleaning of the wound with the applicator used. Applipak dispenser allows easy application of gel even to difficult-to-reach wounds.

Sterile.

• quickly moisturizes and dissolves scabs, deposits, necrotic tissue
• creates a moist environment in the wound
• effective but gentle - does not damage the granular tissue
• accelerates wound healing and autolysis

INTRASITE GEL should be used with a secondary dressing.
Based on the condition of the wound, the choice of secondary dressing and the frequency of change is made:
Necrotic wounds: semi-permeable, eg OPSITE FLEXIGRID
Wounds with scab: absorbent layer, eg ALLEVYN NON-ADHESIVE
Granular wounds: foil dressings / lymphatic dressings, eg: OPSITE FLEXGRID / ALLEVYN NON-ADHESIVE
