It contains unrefined cane sugar and sweetener from the stevia leaves.

Special dietary product for people with carbohydrate metabolism disorders (diabetes). The use of steviol glycosides (from stevia) has reduced the role of carbohydrates and sugars. This has resulted in a product that has been reduced by at least 30% of energy compared to most other products available on the market.

One serving of the dessert (around 136 g) is 0,84 WW.

Ingredients: unrefined cane sugar 68.1% gelatin, dried lemon concentrate 2.3% (maltodextrin, lemon concentrate), acidity regulator: citric acid, flavor, sweetener steviol glycosides, colorant curcumin.

The product may contain: gluten, milk, mustard, lactose, celery and soy.

Preparation:

1. Boil water and measure 500 ml (2 cups)
2. Pour the contents of the bag into hot water and mix thoroughly, to dissolve the ingredients (do not cook).
3. Pour jelly into bowls and leave in cool place to concentrate. In hot weather you should take less water for the jelly and put it in the fridge. Fresh kiwi fruit and pineapple prevent jelly gelation.
